I haved lived here for almost half a year. I love the floorplan but I find that the noise level is rather high, to the point that the people living beneath us play their music so loud it shakes the windows. In the summer motorcycles (very loud motorcycles) go through the parking lots frequently. I've been told there is nothing management can do about it - I just have to endure it! The construction between the floors is poor at best. I can hear everything and every move my neighbors make.

I feel the management is uncaring and cocky. I have been told by management that I cannot talk to certain people in the complex - how strange!!! I don't feel talking to my neighbors about problems I or they have had with our apartments is taboo. One thing I am sure of, and that is, my Constitutional right of "Freedom of Speech". Do they have something to hide''

Parking is horrible. The architech who drew up the plans for this complex should have known that the parking was insufficient but the individual who approved the plans didn't catch it either or didn't care and now all of us pay the price for their poor job performance.

Consider all the facts making a decision.
