As I sit here and read the dribble of the person who thinks this place is "way above average", it becomes quite clear that the person who wrote it is somehow directly involved with the management. In fact, it sounds very much like the property managers parents (which she made very clear also live here). Just look at the types of remarks she left. OK people lets get real, if you want to see the truth about this place just drive through the complex about 10pm at night. You'll see its VERY hard to find parking, and the night shift people aren't even home from work yet. There is now a "wanna be" security officer roaming the grounds. That tells me there must be some real trouble going on. Since I've been here I've seen 2 apartment fires, 1 vehicle fire, faulty apartment sprinker heads, MANY police responses to what I assume are domestic problems, 1 suicide, and lots of late night NOISE. Thats just the things I'm aware of, and this place is supposed to be "new"! Well, it is fairly new but the construction is awful and the managment is lacking and immature (just to be polite). If you're still considering moving to this place, try getting a report from the police dept. and/or fire dept. and guage whether or not you'd feel comfortable living in this place. Thats my recommendation because if I had it to do over again I would look somewhere else.
