I have finally had a chance to read reviews and find them very interesting. We obvoiusly have some unhappy people out there. Instead of leaviny anoonouymus complaints I would love to speak with you personally. It is easy to leave things on the internet. but I would love to speak with you in person. We try to address issue immediatly here. If there are things we are not made aware of we can't do anything about them. We aren't here to make friends, we are here to run a property so the personal insults I can take. I have lived here over a year. Parking is an issue and we are taking steps to resolve that. We have not had numerouse fires, there are several claims made that are false. By people who have probably been complained on by neighbors, that we have had to address. In a community you are not going to make everyone happy, that is apartment living. I hear my neighbors too on occasion but I except that in an apartment. We ask noisey people to leave. We enforce all rules and regulations, if that makes us a "joke" I will take it. Again all the people who have left the negative things I welcome you to come talk about it and we will see about resolving the issues you have. Bottom line is we want you to be happy here. Definitly always check out police reports generated anywhere you move, we have nothing to hide. Instead of continuing to leave no name comments give us a call.

In looking this review was helful because it sounds like you as the manager is a real smartass,and that your community really does not matter.
