Let me go ahead by saying I am aware of at least one of the "annoymous" complainers on the reviews and shaw I say this person(s) are not easy to deal with. YES you have noise above, below and around you, afterall you are living in an apartment complex. The parking is has had problems but is being delt with but if you look each building has parking in the front and back. Having lived in several cities in apartments these are above average built structures as compared to some extremely over priced apartment communities around town. The management has always been helpful and if treated with commom courtsey are very easy to deal with. I have lived here since last June and given if I don't find a home by then are planning on renewing the lease. I do know that I have complained about my above neighbor many times and they have helped me. As for the comment on the projects you have to be kidding me, that is insane. Someone put you up to it I am sure and who cares who wrote the comment on living in a home, the point is they feel that way and they are people too not just the managers family. Let me say that the space in these apartments are wonderful, I have had many people come over and rave about the apartments. Yes we have had a vehicle fire, a late night fight (which the people were later asked to move out) and a sucicide but you can't blame any of that on the complex, that is all other people and all situations where handled. I just think that all the comments written on here are outrageous and you can not believe what everyone else says you have to check out for yourself.

I find it interesting that you rate this place so high even though you yourself refer to having to complain about the upstairs neighbor numberous times. Even this "good review" finds the common thread of noise due to poor construction.
