We have lived here since shortly after these apartments opened. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. The noise abatement between floors is very lacking, which allows us to hear the neighbors dogs barking, hear the neighbors downstairs arguing and be able to understand what they are saying, etc. The management is slow to take any action and label us as complainers. I guess we make too much quiet! The prior manager left abruptly, (no loss there) and the new one (Amy) either cannot act due to corporate policy or chooses not to handle the problems. By the way, I am an area business manager. The apartments are physically nice but until management becomes active in problem resolution, you DO NOT want to live here.
