I have lived at Westmont for nearly one year. I will not be renewing our lease. I have found the maintenance staff to be up to par but the office staff is almost to the point of being funny, they are so ignorant. They never open the office on time and the manager leaves for long stretches of time. "I've had to go to the office three times in one day to catch up with her." And then when I did, she had to call her boss or other colleagues to get a straight answer to a question she should be equipped to answer. I like my apartment fine. The staff is my only issue. They do not uderstand their own lease and other residents have noticed the manger discussing personal matters of other residents. Everyones wondering how''' she got her job.
The parking lot is too dark at night
