DO NOT MOVE HERE! The management here is horrible.
They will make promises and schedule appointments and not follow through.
Beware when you move out...they will falsely accuse you of not cleaning or other maintenance issues and overcharge you.
We lived there for two years and had multiple issues (leaks, mold, noise, poor construction) without any assistance from management.
Four leaks and mold growth and the carpets were NOT replaced.
This apartment complex is not a good place to live.
Take my word for it and the last four posts on this site..it is not a quality place.
Look elsewhere such as downtown apts or south Asheville...you will be much happier.

Hi...I lived at Woodberry for 2 1/2 yrs and it was wonderful. Close to the centre of town and buses at the bottom of the hill. The management is absolutely wonderful. It you take care of your apartment the way you should, they will help you as much as possible. I never had any problems with them. I just had to ask and they were always there for me. I was very happy there as I didn't have to take my car out when there were big doings going on in town. I could just walk. No problem with the hill in the winter. I also had a wonderful view. Couldn't ask for more.
