I lived at Woodberry for a little over a year.

The management was exceptional.

They called you by name whenever you went to the office, and actually seemed to enjoy speaking with you.

The maintenence staff was wonderful.

The few problems I had were fixed quickly and correctly.

They were extrmemly nice, whether you were having a problem fixed or just happened to see them in the building.

The apartments were well designed, but a touch small for the rent.

However, they are still a reasonable rate for the city of Asheville.

Especially considering Woodberry's proximity to downtown, without being IN downtown.

It's located slightly above and overlooking the city and affords an incredible view, especially of the fireworks shows at New Year's and the 4th of July.
