I moved out recently. They charge large pet fees, the keep your deposit when you move out to cover charges that are supposed to be covered by the pet fee. They replace the cheap carpet every time someone moves out, but I just found out the hard way that they keep your deposit anyways. Don't install cheap carpet if you want it to stand up to two years of wear and tear!
Never felt safe the last year or so we lived here- had questionable people knocking on our door frequently, a guy followed me up the stairs one night and knocked on my door once I was inside. I was attacked by a stray dog in the front yard one night while walking my dog. Woodberry doesn't care about anything except money.

Ive been attacked by a dog too. Some little boy was walking a huge dog and it was clear he had no control over it. Had I not been so shocked I would have asked where he leaved and let management know. I'm also pretty sure no one pays the pet fee anyways. Absolutely awful apartments.
