Woodberry is a great place to live.
The location is absolutely wonderful, and the landlord is great.
The views are amazing and sometimes the sunsets are picture perfect.
The apartments are older, but the 2 handymen quickly come to fix any problems should they arise.
The electric heat is a bit pricey during the winter, but the great breezes in the summer make up for it.
