Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006
The best thing about this place is location.
The staff is all caring and nice, love Brad & Patricia.
If you have a maintanance issue it is delt with promptly.
The buildings are approaching 25 years old and really showing it.
The entire complex is very leaky, the closet doors are constantly falling off in all apartments, the air condition and heat have to be repaired at the start of every season for the four years I have been here.
Apartments are very drafty in the winter.
I love the views and the staff and the location.
It is just time to begin renovations before it is too late.
Floors are terribly creaky and bathroom fixtures seem to work like a rubix cube.
The complex has just been sold by United Dominion to First American.
They are replacing ALL water heaters next month, among other things.
Rumor has it that the new company plans to make vast over due improvments.
Even with all the problems, I still like it enough here to have stayed for the last four years.
