i had a list of 12 things broken on the day i moved in!!! about 8 months later they have either not gotten fixed or have been fixed at least three times already. poorly run development, the apartments are rundown and outright dirty. the people who live here take no pride in their living. leave garbage on the patio's throw it off the terrace, LOUD and do not know how to pick up after their dogs. plus there are about 15 stray cat that roam around breeding and spreading who knows what. the parking sucks, always full and too close together spots. do not do it, the location is great, but the construction from the $500,000 condos that are coming in is annoying and this place is just plain gross!!
