Been living here now for 3 years in one of the smaller one bedrooms in bldg. 900, I'm moving out in March. I will miss this place. You can't beat this location in Asheville, PERIOD. I walk or ride my bike to everything!! Maintenance has always been quick to respond. Just last week, I called the office to let them know that my fridge wasn't working, I had a new one in place two hours later. Very friendly and helpful office staff as well...I recommend Woodberry.

Staff is friendly???? I don't know what you consider friendly but if you consider hateful friendly, well then you are correct. The only good point was the closeness to downtown Asheville. I could be wrong, maybe they've fired all the previous staff (one can only hope), but the apartment was awful, the maintenance people walked into my bathroom while wife was taking a shower, even after she protested and the problem wasn't a in the bathroom. The staff was the rudest of the many complexes I've lived in. I'm just amazed that you could rate any of the items so high except for maybe grounds. I assume you're just a shill. I hope you aren't and move into a place with decent staff so you know how bad you had it.
