It's so completely obvious from the negative reports here that any positive reports are shills, staff, family, etc. Worst place I've ever lived, horrid and disgusting staff, unlivable conditions, and overall a place I would never allow anyone I know to live there. But, since they are close to downtown they can charge whatever they want, no matter what crackheads knock at your door or how horrible staff is.
