We just moved in about a month ago and so far we've really been pleased. Excellent location, good office staff, and maint has been very speedy. They have been doing tons of work on the property as well. So far, they've painted our front doors, powerwashed our decks and stained them. We would recommend this place to anyone interested in an apartment in Asheville.
