Have been living here since the end of February 2008.
Our first apartment experience, brought about due to some horrible experiences with our previous landlord, has been far better than i could have expected.
Management staff and maintenance personnel are friendly and responsive, usually fixing problems within a few hours of being notified.
Overall, a pleasant and recommendable place to live.

You forgot to mention the fact that even if maintenance does come by quickly it takes them 5 more trips to actually fix anything right. This has got to be a fake post. I don't know why anyone would live at woodberry.
