Not bad for the money

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
 
Nice part of town. Not too far from charlotte, but not too far out. Older, some issues with A/C but Maintainance staff on it if you called. Neighbors were.... weird, some wishing to convert me, others just passing out drunk in the hallway. The apartments themselves were not bad for the money.
