These townhomes are older, but very well maintained...had a problem with a dishwasher and had a new one in a week when I first moved in. The staff are very nice, they make you feel like you're home. Very helpful and friendly. The neigbors are generally quiet, and, for the first time in my life, I have yet to see a cop in my neigborhood busting somebody. For the money, this is the best place I've ever rented.
