great place to live! Went to several apartments looking in Belmont and Mt. Holly. These were clean and large 2 bedrooms. Staff very welcoming and friendly with my dog. They pay for recycling, too!

Very well maintained I just renewed my lease for another year. I relocated from NJ and the office staff was extremely helpful in sending interior and exterior pictures and all sorts of area info. I was apprehensive to move in a place I had not had a chance to look at but I have been very pleased.

Not bad for the money Nice part of town. Not too far from charlotte, but not too far out. Older, some issues with A/C but Maintainance staff on it if you called. Neighbors were.... weird, some wishing to convert me, others just passing out drunk in the hallway. The apartments
