The parking is insane, usually there are no spots in front of your building so if your a girl walking alone a night it is really uncomfortable. Our heat stopped working once in was below 25 degrees because the heaters weren't made to work in such a cold climate and the office only supplied us with a super small space heater to stay warm when it got below freezing. The pipes have also froze in two different apartments in our building making the fire alarms go off multiple times and some water damage in our apartment. To top everything off I ran into my apartment for 20 minutes and got booted while parked on the diagonal lines between handicap spots... $60 gone. Basically they may look nice but the crap you have to put up with is so not worth it.
