Not for the money - First of all, things are constantly breaking in the apartment. Both Jan and Michael (the property managers) have lied right to my face about issues surrounding the general maintenance of the apartments and the grounds. The maintenance man I'm pretty sure is a drug addict, work orders are carried out a month later if you're lucky, usually not
