treatment of people from app south rental office After my son moved out, the rental office staff promised to hold his packages and call him when they arrived, and they did not, they sent them back without ever bothering to notify my son, even when he called to check.

Both Jan and Michael (the property managers) have lied right to my face about issues surrounding the general maintenance of the apartments and the grounds. The maintenance man I'm pretty sure is a drug addict, work orders are carried out a month later if you're lucky, usually not

Rent somewhere else A cardboard box under the bridge would be better than this place.
1st issue....management will screw you over. 2nd issue....they will not let you move in until the 20th of August and then they charge you for the full month. 3rd issue...not enough parking, so good luck on
