Both Jan and Michael (the property managers) have lied right to my face about issues surrounding the general maintenance of the apartments and the grounds. The maintenance man I'm pretty sure is a drug addict, work orders are carried out a month later if you're lucky, usually not

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT I have lived with three different management companies in Boone and none were half as bad as University Highlands. The apartments may seem nice on the outside but the only real good thing about Highlands is the friends you will make waiting in the cold all sharing the same
