Turnbridge was the ABSOLUTE WORST of my renting experience. Management gave really bad service after Jennifer left in the beginning of 2008, and then their positions started going to their heads. Dorothy would say do one thing because it was policy, yet it still never got handled the way policy said it should have. There were many days I had the right mind to put her in a category with very explicit language.
The noise policy doesn't get enforced like it should so if you like to keep it peaceful and not a lot of noise, Turnbridge isn't the place.
There was no facilities for the children to play...AND YES, YOUR KIDS CAN GET YOU EVICTED FROM WHAT DOROTHY SAID...but it never happened.When we moved in, we were told that they were building a new play area for the kids that are out there...when we moved out, they were still saying they were building a kids play area. So the kids would be all over and in the parking spaces. We almost incurred an extra charge/fine for letting some of our company's children draw on the sidewalk and in the parking space with chalk. They said it was disgraceful and vandalism to the property...yet it washes off with water. $150 fine for chalk, but remeber there is no play area so what are the kids supposed to do, sit and look at mama and daddy all day''''
Maintainence was ok...except for that incident where they used aour bathrooms, urinated on the seat, didn't flush the toilet either and left the seat up.
I just wouldn't waste time coming here. This place has not yet grasped the concept of customer service, nor is there a place for the kids. If you enjoy customer service that gives a damn and knows how people really want to be treated...Go back up the street to Black Thorn.

wow thats crazy...im moving from ny and thats where i was going with my setion 8..they told me that they were building the kids playground..lol what are good places to live wit section 8
