The Brittany is an older apartment complex, built in the 1970s, I believe. The construction is sturdy, and I rarely heard anything from my neighboors. Maintenance is top-notch. If I called something in, they'd be out that day or the next to fix it. The management is helpful and friendly, and always smiled whether I was dropping off my rent check or stopping by to put in a maintenance request. I know there were/are a lot of college students living here (I was one myself), but there were never any problems with parties, noise, alcohol, etc. while I was there.
