These are old units, that have not been kept clean. The managment is not very good, and handle complaints with a defensive attitude (we are paying their salary, they should show us some respect!). It is like pulling teeth to get maitnance to look at a problem, then it is fixed poorly when they finally do get it fixed. The managment's excuse: "We have 218 units and we are not God." They may not be God, but at least they can staff enough maitnance men to survice the 218 units they like to brag about having. Noise travels between units, but it is tolerable. They do welcome pets and are not very strick about what kind of animal you have. The work out room has some equipment that has been broken for the duration of my time here, and the laundry room is not very clean. The parking lot needs to be re-paved, which would make the complex look 100% better. This is a family environment, there are always kids around, but parking is rediculously laid out, and one must be careful when trying to leave... there is only one way into and out of the complex. Beware of really fast, careless drivers who zoom up and down the parking lot. The highway noise is blocked by the trees, which is nice. I cannot stress enough that you SHOULD NOT live here, if for anything else, because the apartment staff are mean, two-faced and coniving. They will get you for every penny...and good luck getting you deposit back!
