We've been here over 5 years, and have seen this place go to Hell in that time. The woderful pool that they brag about is closed half the time for one reason or another, the tennis court is a joke with crumbling concrete and a net that has been pulled on by unsupervised kids. There's a 'no soliciting' clause here, but every day or couple of days, our cars and doors are peppered with flyers for nightclubs or resturants. The "workout room" consists of 1 working treadmill. And as a previous poster made the point, "Management" talks a big talk, but no rules are enforced because she's too busy flirting with other people and not getting anything done. Crime is up, cars sit in the parking lot with flat tires, and it's just not a pleasant place to stay at any more. We're moving out at the end of next month.

It's pretty obvious that the first review was written by the management to give the illusion of a good place

I live here, and just a little correction, the girl was not kidnapped, just highjacked. I know this because the kids who did it ran her car into my row of cars, which caught on fire. The kids were arrested, etc, etc. No one was hurt. Nothing like that has happened since and I want to think the police riding through help.
