These apartments are definitely spacious and I had great neighbors. When the pool is open, it is overrun by unattended children. These same children play in the road and hardly move when a car is coming, even at night. But those are the kids and I always came home after office hours. The management and staff have always been respectful and attentive when I had to deal with them (which was maybe 3 times in my 18 months of living there). Sound proofing could use some work, but these aren't new apartments so what can I say. I lived on the 2nd floor (someone above and below me)and could clearly hear the TV or radio if there was nothing on in my house. It was not disturbing if I had the TV or music on. Also, in the master bedroom, I always heard the people above me walking around. I heard it alot in the living room when there was a family with young kids above me, but they moved and it was just 2 adults above me then. This was very disruptive in the mornings if I tried to sleep late or if they stayed up late. I never complained to the office though because that was just apartment living. Parking could be a problem on the weekends but other than that, it was fine.
If you need space for not much money, this is the place. The people (that live there) were nice and the staff was always courteous when I called or needed something.
