Good Parts: Brittany is very much a community. Other places felt like we were just there temporarily, but Brittany feels more like a home. Most of the residents are very nice and peaceful. There is LOTS of green space, with many apartments having access to the woods, front yards, and back yards. Plenty of South-facing windows, if you like sunshine. Lots of kids playing on nice days. My neighbors are very quiet.

The apartments are older and some are in poor shape. My front door is very drafty but the back door is not a problem. Strange layout.
