When I moved in I thought this apartment was the best I had seen considering all other 1 bedroom apartments for a resonable price didn't have the layout this apartment did. Now that I am in my apartment, I HATE IT! I'm ready to move out.. there are unsupervised kids running around and yelling all the time, the apartment is a POS. My shower has broke numerous amount of times and was fixed.. Now the "new" matinence guy claimed to have known how to fix it.. apparently not. It is now broke again. The best thing that could happen with these apartments is that they knock them down and start fresh, only hope. The apartments need serious remodeling. The walls look like ---- and if you fall on them the wrong way there wil be a hole when you move. The painters that "turn" the apartment do a crappy job and they paint over lightswitches and don't take the time to tape anything. These apartments are not worth the lease or the money monthly, I would move somewhere else.

There has been drug trafficing and I don't reccommend anyone moving into The Brittany Apartments.

I agree 200% ..not only did this person state the facts but also the staff lets alot go on here that is NOT suppose to!! ..with all of what this person and other have said ..adding to the unsupervised children ..I mean lots of children at the pool but the staff allows drinking ..which the rules at the pool states NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED yet the manager says they allow it in cups!! and considering that there is alot that doesnt live here in the brittany that is using the residents parking coming to the pool with their alcoholic beverages too!..not only that but no animal over 35 pounds..which you see alot walking their dogs and they are huge dogs ..someone brought that to their attention and the manager replys that it is someone that is kin to falcom mamnagement and she cant say anything ...wow some partiality going on big time here...I would hate to think if a child or anyone would get hurt due to intoxication at the pool or someone getting bit by a dog that is not suppose to be here in the first place ...who do you think would get sued first ...management or falcom management??? Oh and also ...does everyone think the office personel is in the office working on our complaints ?? ..been seen they have guys coming in there and checking their dating sites on the net!! Come on Management ...be professional and follow the rules!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree completely with the the about comments. You make a complaint to management and it goes in one ear and out the other. You ask for something to be fixed and it never gets fixed. Yeah someone comes in and says they fixed it but they truly don't. I think falcon management needs to fire the staff and get people in here that care about making a difference.
