I have been living here for a little over a year and there have been SO many problems. Here they are:

1. My shower would not convert from shower head to bath. The maintenance team came out but they did not put the handle back on for the converter.

2. A black substance mixed with water kept coming up in my bathroom sink that had an odor. The maintenance team came out and left a note saying that they stayed for thirty minutes and did not see the substance come up. It happened again and I called the maintenance team and they went underneath the sink and fixed it.

3. Their refrigerator stopped working. As soon as I found out I called the maintenance team (which was around 8:00 am) and I asked them to come and fix it. When I got home that evening they did still had not come out and I lost all my food. They did not fix it until the next day. I told them that they need to reimbursement for all the phone I lost and they said that I should have renter's insurance. However, they did give me a discount off of my rent for under $40.

4. A vent above my television started leaking a thick brown substance. It leaked so much that it created a puddle on the carpet. This was the second time this happened. The maintenance team / person came (after he finished his lunch) and fixed it. Thank goodness I was home or I could have lost my television or it could have started an electrical fire.

5. After I wash the dishes and drain the water out it (the water) comes up in the other sink.

6.The other day I noticed brown stains on my ceiling in the bedroom...water damage.

7. I came "home" today and there was a shopping cart lying in the grass near my building. Ghetto

I wish I could move out today.
