not a bad place to live

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
 
Management is very easy to work with. Maintenance crew is usually quick to respond to calls. Very ethnic community with lots of young kids running around. There is a constant high-pitched squeal coming from somewhere outside. Water seems to be running all the time.
