My husband and I lived over there a bit ago just before they had just gone under new management. The staff was very friendly and maintenance got everything I needed done when I needed it done, and are very accomadating when you need some help.
The property was definatly being worked on, we saw the parking lot had been redone and the new stair ways look great! They are definately improving in all aspects of the property.
The Colony has a good sense of community, it wasn't hard to make friends there. There would be one apartment having a cookout and then others would follow with chips or buns or anything to add to the party...Everybody is just down to earth and very accepting.

It was a Great time living there, I hated to leave
