Do NOT consider this apartment complex unless you are looking for a college atmosphere. Many professionals have left and many apts are rented to college students. Expect broken bottles, pop and beer cans and other trash around, and they will leave trash on your patio and at your door. It is not uncommon to be woken early in the morning by loud music from a car in the parking lot.
Management comes into your apt fequently. Pipes frequently burst flooding apts. Maintenance personnel change frequently and service is poor. Paper thin walls. Close to I40/85, Elon Univ. and may be cheaper than some in the area, but not worth the hassle. Problems with pests in the apts. Limited parking near apts late at night. Happy to have left.
