Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
Apartment: I never had a MAJOR problem with the apartment "structure" itself. They are ok - not a perfect 10, but on a scale of 1 to 10 they probably rate a 6. THE HARD WATER IS TERRRIBLE - - -RUST AND GUNK EVERYWHERE IN THE BATHROOM!
Maintainance: The maintanance staff has changed several times and the ONLY BIG complaint I have Is that every time they came in to change the Air Filter for the heater/air unit - 9 times out of 10 the floor was FILTY when they left!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Office people' Friendly - mostly because they have to!!!! I have been in the office a few times when someone came in to pay rent and when they left there was a snicker and a comment about "how weird they are", or "how dumb they were" - - - NOT APPROPRIATE for them to speak of residents in front of other residents. Makes you wonder what they say about you! Then again from the fratinization that goes on from Office people and residents - they have NO ROOM to say anything bad about anyone.
Would live here again > Probably NOT.
