We moved in 2 years ago, clean friendly, reasonable prices, they fired the manager, and it?s been going downhill ever since, drugs at the ball court, broken down cars all over noise to all hours, they finally repaired the storm damage (5 months later). The water stinks like rotten eggs (I hope) and there is scum on it, now they installed a restricted valve and the shower drools on you no pressure, on top of that we had a contract that included water and sewer, now we have to pay extra for water and sewer. Half the resident don?t speak English. And some that do are obviously deficient (group homes). Pool?s still empty, and the weight room everything?s broke or been stolen. DON"T RENT HERE!
