I had lived at forestdale apts for a little over a year and half during that time the place has continued to go down hill. The manager has no concern for her tenants. Just the fact they pay and to lie directly to your face. They tell u and send flyers around saying that they are walking the premises to make sure everything is clean and not to leave anything laying around. Well they must be blind because the same trash and abandoned bicycles laid in the same spot the entire summer only moved when the mowers would come through. If u want a pool go to city park it stays open and is open on time during the weekends this staff does what they please when they please.

I disagree with this! There is new management in the office and things have changes with great tride. I am aware of the problems in the past but however the new manager Judy has things under control. I feel in the coming months we will see more of a change then ever before! So don't bash the complex! I have lived here now threw 3 managers and I know this one is a keeper. I have gone to her over several problems and she has took care of them asap! I am sorry that you had a bad experance here but if you would have waited it out you would have been happy in the long run.
