I've lived at Forestdale for about a year now. The new manager is great, very friendly and cares about you. Maintaince is okay.. I asked for things a long time and have not gotton them. The space is very small, but the price is good. You get what you pay for, but it is no dump!
I would recommend to live if you are short on cash and want to live here for a little while, no long term commitment unless you don't mind the space issue.
