Good Parts: Across the street from K-Mart
Bad Parts: Not much green space to relax or play, unfriendly neighbors, and you have to pay for your water.

I moved across the way to the Brittany Apartments, and it's much nicer. The apartments are a little older, but you get a lot more privacy, woods and lawns, and friendlier neighbors.
