Do not be deceived - we came in and looked at the model apartment and were very impressed. We were moving here from out of state and needed a place for a year so that we could save up some more money and shop for a house. We thought this was the best place in the area and were excited about living here. However, our excitement was short lived. When we got our apartment, it was not in move in condition (carpet stains, dirty blinds, etc). We mentioned all of our concerns upon moving in and expected them to be fixed in a reasonable amount of time. However, it took 3 months for someone to come and look at the carpeting and put in to have it cleaned. It seems like there is not very good communication between the office staff and the maintenance team. If you want fast service for work orders, this is probably not the place for you.
On the flip side, the apartment has plenty of space and the rent is very reasonable.
