Infested with Roaches and back/green mold (mold ruined over $1000 in clothes and shoes-its was in the closet of all places)!!! Infested with young people so it is imposible for families to live-loud music-constant partying-dirty grounds-dog poop everywhere! Do I need to say more? I will! The management is rude--the apartments are overcharged, understaffed. We moved here as recommended from rent.com as we were moving from out of state-horrible mistake! My advice is to come and look at the area first before you rent! The garbage dumps are always overfilled and they cant keep consistant staff. I cant take my kids outside to play because there are some undeciplined children in the area that need a good butt beating-they dont care if they hurt your kids! If the flies, mosquitos and roaches aren't enough, how about the constant drug deals-oh yes there are, seen them, complained and nothing done! Management is lazy! Henceforth we are leaving at the end of our lease--less than a year hear. Id rather live in the slums, at least i know i get what im paying for.

reading all these reviews, why is it that the owner, David Drye Co., do anything about these problems, I can attest to every last one these reviews, things have been going on since 2004 or before, same problems and situations, nothing done about it!! I too, have been in the office and other tenants came in, and after leaving comments were made about them , I know one person has a mental problem, that was none of my business and she lives in my apartment building.. wow!! this is unreal!!! I had the mold/mildew problem, but didn't lose anything as a result of it..has not had the problem with the roaches, but I am sure they are on the way......had infestation problem with fruit flies!!!
