I am so impressed!! I've lived here a little over a year, and it truly feels like home. The grounds are always kept neat and clean, the pool is crystal clear and monitored to make sure only residents and their guests are allowed to swim (no public pool, here). The management and maintenance guy are wonderful, and care about you being happy here! There are never any pests, the exterminator comes regularly. The apartments are well maintained and kept in tip top shape. And if there is ever any problem, they handle it immediately. I like having someone here 24 hours a day, watching out for the residents.
