Nice, quiet community

I lived at Knollwood for 6 months and had to end my lease.

I enjoyed my stay there and can say that it was one of the best properties I have ever lived at.

The maintenence staff is the best, the apartment was great, spacious and like new! I was always able to park right in front of my apartment and it was very quiet.

Also the central heating and cooling unit worked exceptionally well.

My only complaint was that the hot water ran out too quickly and there was no cable connection upstairs.
