Property is not insulated and there are many flood zones especially the apartment that I rented. I complained many times about the apartment, but did not get the service that I needed. It takes alot of power to heat and cool the apartment because of the insulation. There are also problems with bugs coming in the apartment due to the insulation. The only thing that I liked about the apartment is that there is alot of space. However, the apartment need a total reconditioning. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
