Knollwood

 

My lease is coming to end here at Knollwood next month, and I've enjoyed my stay for one the Value is extremely high here there isn't a community around that offers more value now they aren't luxury aparments but they are nice especially for the price.

The neighbors were very freindly, and they love dogs everyone has one which was helpful when I got my puppy.

In addition the maintenance responds to problems immediately something i didnt even remotely get at my last place it took weeks to come out, and the staff is very nice especially the propety manager.

The community is pretty safe to, we did have a guard but not now.

but on several occasions ive left my keys outside from being so tired from work, and my car was still there cant thsay that about majority of apartments no matter how much they cost.

The only negative i can think of it is one side of the complex made way to much noise, I think they had teenagers and it was irritating.

Overall I really liked it, reminded me of growing up in my small home town where everyone knows you is freindly, and is there when you need them for advice.
