Was a good place to live at one time

I have live at Knollwood for 4 years. At first it was a good place to live. However it has gone down hill the last year. It's noisy with cars blarring their stereo systems and other residents being loud. It seems that many of the residents only think of themselves and have no consideration for anyone else. Parking is a nightmare with no assigned spaces. I'm looking at moving as soon as I can.
