I am so glad I moved from thes apartments. The rent maybe cheap, but as they say you get what you pay for. They use to cover water and sewage, but now they cost extra. The noise level from the neighbors and traffic is unacceptable. Think twice before you rent here!

I haved lived there for 4 years and yes there has been noise but not to the point where I would move. The rent is kinda on the high side but the staff is very friendly,,,,the maintience guy can get alittle testy after these unmonitored children run wild. He trys to keep the place clean but people just keep throwing trash everywhere. The new manager is very sweet. She will help you and listen to you when ever you need her. I love living her and don't plan on going anywhere anytime soon. I think this is a great place for a family or even a single person. I mean nobody can look inside someones head to see if they are a freak before they move in so give it a break.
