I have lived at Summerlyn for over a year now and I really like it. I have lived at two other nice communities, but Summerlyn is much better. The grounds are kept up well, and the apartments are VERY nice. I feel like I live in a home, instead of an apartment. It?s all of the little details that count!



Not only are the grounds and actual apartments really nice, but the maintenance and office staff are pretty fantastic. While sometimes things come up, no matter who you are or what you do, they have always handled everything in such a great way. They also seem truely and honestly concerned about all of us, and make sure they do anything they can to help us out.



There isn?t a whole lot of selection in Burlington when it comes to apartments ... but it is my honest (humble) opinion that these are by far the best around. They may be a bit more expensive, but you defiantly get what you pay for!!
