The whole apartment complex and the apartment itself is lovely, and is a wonderful home for us. The biggest negative about Summerlyn is the office staff. I find them rather unfriendly and unaccomodating. We've had a few situations that we were worried about, only to be brushed off by the staff who was very unwilling to help. We've also come home from work to find that maintenance had been in our home without us requesting a repair, or the legally-required 24-hour notice. Not cool at all.

I've read, many of the review's and all of them say the same about the staff. I would like to know what is being done about the staff problem? And one of the old tentens don't recommend this place at all; is the problem's that were there at the time fixed? What would I have to look forward to if there is a problem with the staff and other problems? I would like to consider your apartments as one on my list of places to live, but I'm not to sure. How can you asure me that the problem's with staff and the dealings on the premises are not still the problem. Just looking to relocate, and I want the best place possible. Thank you.
