I am currently living at Summerlyn Place and find it to be very comfortable. In my opinion, the only set back for the community is the parking. I live with a roommate, and we are only allowed two spaces, however, one has to park in guest parking, which are blank (not labeled with numbers)...and if you have guests over, it is recommended they park outside the complex and walk in. Apart from that, the staff is very friendly, the grounds seem very clean, and the apartments themselves are great to live in.

If you are considering an apartment, with great access to I-85 (it?s right off of Exit 141 behind the Wal-mart)and more restaurants than you can choose from, then yeah, definitely try here first. From what I understand, alot of the people in the area, know of Summerlyn Place and refer to it as "oh, those real nice apartments behind the Wal-Mart"....you can?t get much better than that :) 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
