My room mate and I have been very dissapointed by Summerlyn. We were told this was a good complex but have found it is anything but. It is way too noisy, maintenance people do not respond, and it is hard to find anyone in the office. When our lease is up here we are going to move. We find it over rated and over priced. Look somewhere else.
