We have been enjoying every season since last winter in the Chase.
we also enjoy the people :whether team or residents (nice people).
Above all we love the natural environment (trees/pound/goosses) maintained around the buildings which are really well set up (no overlooking into the neighbourg kitchen or bathroom).
shopping/restaurants are really close by too.
In summer, the swimming pool seems to be appreciated not only by residents but also by outside people!
The only negative aspect I can think of is the fact that some of the noises from the other appartment is most likely to reach you if the music or the TV is playing a little loud.
